Hillside Institute of Business Management (HIBM) was established under the Registrar of Company's Act on 13th June, 2002. An Incorporation Certificate Number 50112 was issued.

The Institute is unique in that, it was established primarily to provide training, tutorials and consultancy services in Purchasing and Supply Management profession in Zambia, COMESA Region and beyond.
